Shipping Policy

Customer Address & Order Details

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address on the order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address if it was shipped to the address provided to us. In some cases we may contact you if it appears that the address provided is incorrect, and it is your responsibility to respond to us with the correct information. In these cases your shipment will be held until we have received a correct address from you.

In most cases, we are unable to make adjustments to the contents of an order once it has been placed. Because our goal is to get the order to you as quickly as possible, our distribution centers often process orders within minutes or hours of the orders being placed. If you do notice incorrect information on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the adjustment that is needed however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Risk of Loss

How To Return An Item

  1. Your item must be in its original, unopened, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. To request a refund, please email support@nutrivein.com using the subject line: “Refund Request”
       In your email, please state the reason for your return/refund request

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Risk Of Loss

All items purchased/or fulfilled from nutrivein.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our various carriers. This means that the risk of loss passes to the buyer (you) when the goods are duly delivered to the carrier.

If your order was shipped via USPS, you must contact USPS to open a case so that they may investigate the loss. USPS customer service can be reached at 1-800-275-8777 or a case may be opened on their website at USPS.com. Once a resolution has been reached by USPS, we offer either a refund of your order (minus shipping fees) or a replacement order re-shipped to you depending on the outcome of the resolution.
